LUNCH & DINNER BUFFETS

ITALIAN BUFFET    

Caesar salad, parmesan breadsticks, fettucine, penne pasta, marinara & alfredo sauces, Italian sausage, diced chicken, sautéed onion and pepper medley (10 person minimum)

BURGER BAR    

Grilled hamburgers, bratwurst, lettuce, tomatoes, onion, pickles, Swiss and American cheese, assorted condiments served with potato salad, Cole slaw, baked beans and potato chips (10 person minimum)

SOUP AND SANDWICH BAR   

Assorted sandwich meats and cheeses, lettuce, tomato, onions, pickles, chips,

potato salad, pasta salad, and homemade soup. Choice of chicken and wild rice,

chicken noodle, vegetable beef or cream of potato (10 person minimum)

FIESTA BUFFET 

Build your own chicken and beef tacos with hard or soft shells, tortilla chips, refried beans, Mexican rice, salsa, sour cream, cheddar cheese mix, diced tomatoes, onions, lettuce and black olives. Churros for dessert. (25 person minimum)

DINNER ENTRÉE BUFFETS

Requires a minimum of 25 people. All buffets come with choice of salad, starch, and chef’s choice vegetable. Served with rolls and butter.

Sirloin Steak       

10 oz. certified Hereford beef cut, char grilled to perfection. All steaks are prepared to medium rare to medium, unless otherwise noted.

Shrimp Rumaki   

5 jumbo shrimp stuffed with a fresh blue lump crabmeat stuffing, Applewood smoked bacon wrapped, served with nantua sauce

Salmon Filet      

Broiled 8 oz. salmon filet with caper butter

Beef Prime Rib   

12 oz. cut of slow roasted beef prime served with au jus

Petite Filet & Shrimp   

6 oz. certified Hereford beef cut, char grilled to perfection served with 3 jumbo broiled shrimp

Pork Prime Rib   

8 oz. slow roasted bone-in pork loin cooked to perfection and served with hunters sauce

Chicken Marsala   

Sauteed breast of chicken with garlic, shallots, green onions and portabella mushrooms,
in a marsala wine sauce
